Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be processed. Orders received on weekends and holidays are processed the next business day.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns and Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt. All returns must be accompanied by our receipt and be in the original, unworn and unused condition. Shipping is non-refundable and customer is responsible for return shipping costs as well as insuring the package for the full value of the merchandise. All JEWELRY, SALE and DISCOUNTED items are FINAL SALE. Return of these items or merchandise not accompanied by a receipt will not be accepted, therefore payment will not be credited.
Sales Tax
All orders shipped to addresses in New York State are subject to an 8.375% sales tax.
Shipping
All orders are shipped via UPS Ground or 2nd Day Air. For rush delivery or to arrange alternative methods please contact us directly.
International Orders
International shipping charges are based on total price of items, the weight of the package and destination. All additional taxes, fees, tariffs, import fees and surcharges levied by destination countries are the responsibility of the customer.
Payment Information
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. Payment is not processed until your order is shipped. In the instance that payment is declined, we will contact you to provide alternate payment information. An order will be considered cancelled, if customer fails to arrange alternate payment within 48 hours of our first notification.
